About RMRC Career

Regional Medical Research Centre (RMRC) Bhubaneswar is a permanent research centre of Indian Council of Medical Research. The Centre was started in small rental accomodation in 1982 and shifted to the Centres own building in year 1990 after completion. The foundation stone of the centre was laid by then prime minister of India late Mrs.Indira Gandhi on 29th March 1981. The reginal Medcal Research Centre (RMRC) conduct basic as well as applied research to iunderstand and ultimately develop prevention of strategy for diseases of regional importance of some health problems related to tribal populations.
