Educational Qualification:
1. Technician
- ITI or Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline with minimum 4 years post qualification relevant work experience.
2. Junior Engineer / Assistant Manager (Civil) / (Planning)
- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in a relevant Engineering discipline with minimum 4 years post qualification relevant work experience.
3. Assistant Manager (Human Resource)
- Graduate in any discipline from recognised university and MBA (HR) / MSW / Masters in Human Resource Management / Public Administration with minimum 4 years post qualification relevant work experience.
4. Junior Manager
- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in a relevant Engineering discipline with minimum 2 years post qualification relevant work experience.
